The Baud's Kennels / Cattery (Bauds Petcare Centre) was opened in 1985, a purpose built building designed for the comfort and security of your pets. There is a very expensive under ground heating system, which maintain a warm environment so important for to days pets.

Choosing the correct foods, we at the Baud's do not consider costs when selecting our pet foods.  We are happy to stand up and be counted and suggest very strongly you allow us to use our selected choice of foods.  We know they work, and in a kennel environment there is more need to feed additional quantities and correct feed values to accommodate the extra demands of kennel life.  If however you are concerned please discuss this with our staff.

Bedding, Bowls, Toys, Treat & other items belonging to your pets we appreciate you like to bring your own pet’s items in with them, however there is no need as we supply them all, just like schools, hospitals and hotels it’s all part of the service.

Trained staff, the kennel management is only employed if they are suitable qualified and have the necessary experience. All our other staff are trained in house to achieve our very high standards.  We have implemented quality audit and control procedures these together with an open managed team encourage and promote all staff to take responsibility for their actions in caring for your pets while in our care.

Dynamics, while we try our best nobody is perfect so we would like to hear from you if we can improve our customer care in any way.  If you have a problem or any concerns please talk to us.  Nothing is written in stone and we are a customer orientated company who will listen.
